As a team, discuss the article and current challenges in health care leadership.
Brainstorm how complexity leadership strategies may be leveraged to resolve one or more of these challenges.
Select one or two health care leadership challenges and map which leadership functions (operational, entrepreneurial, and enabling) can be used to address them.
